1. When will my order ship?

Shipping times for orders vary due to the availability of products and processing. If orders are Pre-Made (available inventory), customers can expect their orders to be shipped within 1-2 weeks of their order. If orders are Pre-Order (made to order inventory), customers can expect their orders to be shipped within 3-5 weeks of their order.

2. How can I confirm my order?

When customers purchase UNCHALLENGED® products, they will receive a confirmation number and their order number after checking out via email. Customers can use this information to reach out to support regarding their order or keep track of their order.

3. How can I track my order?

Customers can check the status of their order by visiting our website and clicking on the Track My Order and entering their order number. If an order has shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email, which they can use to track on our website as well. 

4. What is the return policy?

All sales are considered final and returns are not accepted. Size swaps are accepted on a case basis and only subject to available inventory. Tags must be attached and bagging must be in new condition. Contact support for more questions.

5. How do I confirm my size?

Products are usually true to size unless specified otherwise. Also size charts of a product may be provided to better assist in your shopping.

6. How do I change my address on my order?

If you would like to change or correct your address on your order, please reach out to support with your order number and the new address you would like to update to. Once an order is shipped with the address provided, we are not liable for any orders shipped to the wrong address due to wrong address being provided by the customer.

7. What are the payment and currency types accepted?

We accept all major payment types (debit, credit, apple pay, google pay, etc) and all prices are listed in USD.
